Jennifer Whistleman recently wrapped up her role as Interim Human Resources Director for Fluvanna County, concluding her service last month after stepping in June 2025. Over the past several months, she provided steady leadership, strengthened HR operations, and supported the County through a critical transition. We’re proud of the impact she made and grateful to Fluvanna County for the partnership.

Last week, we connected with clients and partners at Local Government Day in Richmond, VA, with the shared goal of strengthening communities across Virginia.

Essex County conducted a Tornado Response Exercise on November 13, 2025, using a Tappahannock Spring Festival scenario to strengthen emergency coordination, communication, and recovery planning. Our team helped facilitate the exercise, thank you to Tommy Hicks  and Anna Cherry, CFM  for their support, and to all partners who participated.
