City of Hopewell Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance Update

Last month, Berkley Group’s planning team visited the City of Hopewell to formally kick-off the upcoming Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance overhaul! The team joined City staff and the Planning Commission chair for an insightful tour of Hopewell, and then facilitated a meeting with City Council and the Planning Commission to discuss plans for community engagement and the drafting process.

Berkley Group completed a diagnostic evaluation of the City’s land use tools in January 2024, and we are pleased to continue working with them for a full Ordinance rewrite!
