GRWC's Hazard Mitigation Plan

On April 27, 2022, the Berkley Group’s Environmental Team kicked off the 5-year update of the George Washington Regional Commission’s Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan. The plan will be updated to identify natural hazards that pose a threat to the safety, health, and economy of the region and its member jurisdictions as well as steps that can be taken to reduce the impact of these natural hazards in the future. The Hazard Mitigation Plan update is expected to be completed later this year. We are excited to work with GWRC on this important endeavor!
