King William Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance

Adopted September 27, 2021

We are very pleased to announce the recent adoption of King William's Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance.

The Berkley Group performed a comprehensive review and update of King William County’s Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances, focused on creating a single, streamlined ordinance that complies with state-level regulations and the goals and vision of the County’s Comprehensive Plan.

The Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance was adopted on September 27, 2021 (effective on October 27, 2021).
