Our Planning Team at the Rural Planning Caucus!

Three members of our team headed up to Mountain Lake last week for the Rural Planning Caucus, a great few days of learning, connecting, and enjoying the fresh mountain air!

We sat in on sessions about disaster planning, transforming blight, finding funding, and ethically using AI. We also had the chance to present on Long Range and Day-to-Day Project Management, sharing insights from our experiences.

It was a fantastic time catching up with colleagues and coming back inspired for what’s next!
