Prince Edward County Comprehensive Plan Adoption

Berkley Group recently concluded an update to Prince Edward County’s Comprehensive Plan, titled PEC2045: Forward Together, which the Board of Supervisors adopted on June 24, 2025. Over the past two years, Berkley Group’s planning team worked with County staff to host multiple public engagement activities and conduct a series of drafting work sessions with the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. The result is an updated Comprehensive Plan, including the County’s Future Land Use Map, that aligns more closely with the community’s current vision and priorities. We are excited for Prince Edward County to begin implementation and are proud to support their long-range planning efforts!
