Rockingham County Comprehensive Plan

Berkley Group is pleased to share that the Rockingham County Board of Supervisors adopted the County’s new Comprehensive Plan on July 10, 2024. The Plan focuses on protecting Rockingham County’s rural and agricultural lands, enhancing a high quality of life, and planning for anticipated growth. We are excited for Rockingham County to implement the Plan and achieve their long-term goals for conceptual land use and development!
