Berkley Group's engagement with the Town of Port Royal officially concluded in June 2025 following the appointment of Timothy C. Smith as Town Manager.
A heartfelt thank you to John Anzivino, who stepped in as Interim Town Manager...and so much more. Serving simultaneously as Clerk, Treasurer, Zoning Administrator, and overall stabilizer, John brought structure, clarity, and momentum during a pivotal time for the Town.
Under his leadership, the Town completed its FY25–26 budget, strengthened cybersecurity, improved operations, and laid the foundation for continued success.
Congratulations to Tim and the Port Royal team, we’re proud to have supported this important transition!
