Town of Middleburg R-2 Community Engagement

We conducted a community engagement workshop and analysis for the Town of Middleburg!  The goal of the project was to determine community sentiment and to consider potential strategies to ensure that the new infill development and redevelopment in a portion of their R-2 residential district is compatible with the surrounding neighborhood.  The engagement process determined the concerns of residents and presented a range of solutions for the Town to consider. The project was completed and a report was delivered to the Town in January 2024.
