Town of Rocky Mount Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance

In October 2024, the Town of Rocky Mount adopted their new Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance! Cecile Gaines, Rebecca Cobb, and Chris Musso worked with the Town to revise, update, modernize, and consolidate their ordinances, while ensuring compliance with the Code of Virginia. We are pleased to have led this endeavor that meets one of the implementation strategies of the Town's Comprehensive Plan.
