Kim Payne, Margaret Schmitt, and Betty Burrell presented at the Virginia Women's Municipal Leadership Institute (VWMLI) in Staunton, VA last week. Kim moderated a discussion with elected officials on leadership expectations, Margaret participated on a panel focusing on hiring trends, and Betty contributed to a panel discussion on cultivating executive presence.
