Welcome Tori Haynes

Planner II

Tori joined The Berkley Group in November 2022. Prior to this, she worked as the Planning Manager for the Town of Colonial Beach and most recently as a Senior Planner for James City County, where she coordinated both short-range and long-range land use analyses, from site plan and subdivision plat review to legislative rezonings, proffer amendments, and ordinance research/writing. She also contributed substantially to James City County’s comprehensive plan, with particular emphasis on land use, natural and cultural resources, and community character. Tori has a Bachelor’s degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Mary Washington.
