Williamsburg In-Person Day!

The Community Development and Planning Teams got together (minus a few who couldn’t make it) in Williamsburg for an in-person day. Coming together in person brought a renewed sense of connection and collaboration.
Our focus was communication — understanding our styles, improving internal interactions, and engaging effectively with governing bodies and the public.
A highlight was hearing from guest executive managers who shared invaluable insights from decades of experience. Their advice left us inspired and ready to apply new strategies.
To top it off, we wrapped up with an impromptu parking lot gathering. It turns out, we really enjoy spending time together! Here’s to carrying these lessons forward and staying connected.
