WPPS Strategic Plan Implementation Support

Each month, Dr. Baker engages with the West Point Public School's leadership team at their Key Leaders Meeting. Since adopting their updated division strategic plan "A Bridge to Opportunity", Superintendent Larry Dr. Frazier and his team have specifically aligned their monthly meetings to their plan goals, objectives, and strategies. As a partner, Dr. Baker joins them in guiding and supporting the implementation process. There is no doubt that WPPS is "Pointed in the Right Direction!"
