Christian Sigman
Executive Manager
Christian Sigman is an experienced senior executive with leadership experience in cities and counties in Virginia, Ohio, District of Columbia, and Georgia. He has served as a City Manager, County Administrator, Budget Director, Management Analyst, and Police Officer. Christian also served as a strategy consultant with Booz │ Allen │Hamilton. His public sector passions are organizational development and framing issues for success.
Christian has been a guest lecturer at Indiana University (Managing Experts When You Are Not One), University of Georgia (Assessing Local Government Fiscal Health), Xavier University (Public Administration Versus Political Science), and The George Washington University (Aligning Policy, Budget, and Performance). He is a published author in the National Civic Review.
Christian serves as a volunteer executive coach for the International City / County Management Association and an active member of the Georgia City / County Management Association. He has served on various boards, commissions, and task forces during his career.
Christian and his wife live in Brookhaven, Georgia and have two sons.
