Christine joined the Berkley Group as Business Operations Coordinator in 2026, where she supports the firm’s financial and administrative operations and assists the leadership team with internal coordination and organizational processes.

Prior to joining Berkley Group, Christine worked at Virginia state universities, including the University of Virginia and William & Mary, where she supported financial and administrative operations within higher education environments. There, she worked with institutional financial systems to review payroll activity, certify accounts, and support financial transaction approvals while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Known for her attention to detail and organized approach, Christine enjoys helping teams operate more efficiently and ensuring that processes run smoothly behind the scenes. She is passionate about supporting collaborative teams and contributing to work that strengthens organizations and communities.
