Christopher E. Martino

Christopher E. Martino is an experienced executive with over 40 years in financial management and government leadership. He served as County Executive for Prince William County, VA, from 2016 to 2021, and held key roles such as Deputy County Executive and Director of Finance. In these positions, he oversaw the County’s financial operations, economic development, and capital financing.

Martino also served as Comptroller for the City of Rye, NY, and Deputy Commissioner of Finance for the City of White Plains, NY, where he led financial planning, debt management, and audits. His career began in auditing with Ernst & Whinney and Texaco, Inc.

He holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College. A recipient of numerous awards for excellence in financial reporting, Martino is also active in his community, coaching youth sports and volunteering with local organizations.
