Dr. Antonia Fox, Ed.D.
Executive Manager
Antonia Fox, Ed.D. brings more than 30 years of experience in public education, most recently serving as Superintendent of Schools for Page County Public Schools, a role she held for four years prior to her retirement. Her career spans instructional leadership, systems improvement, and executive-level management across diverse school divisions in Virginia. Before her tenure in Page County, Dr. Fox served as Assistant Superintendent for Instruction and Support Services with Poquoson City Schools and as Director of K–12 Curriculum and Instruction with Portsmouth City Schools. She also held leadership roles as a middle and high school principal and began her career as a classroom teacher with York County School Division.
Dr. Fox earned both her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Educational Leadership from the College of William & Mary. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Old Dominion University. In addition, she completed the Executive Development Program through the National Institute for School Leadership (NISL) and is a Virginia Foundation for Educational Leadership Fellow, certified as a Facilitator/Trainer and Instructional Coach.
Throughout her career, Dr. Fox has been actively engaged in professional organizations at the state and national levels. Her service includes the Virginia Consortium for Learning (VaSCL), where she served on the Steering Committee (2023–2024) and as Vice Chair (2024–2025), as well as the School University Research Network (SURN) at the College of William & Mary, where she served as a Principal Mentor and Chair of the Small Division Assistant Superintendent Working Group. She is also affiliated with the National Association of Secondary School Principals, the Virginia Association of Secondary School Principals, the Virginia Association of School Superintendents, the Virginia Foundation for Educational Leadership, and the American Association of School Superintendents.
Dr. Fox has received numerous honors recognizing her leadership and commitment to professional learning. These include being named High School Administrator of the Year by the Virginia Student Council Association (2010), receiving the Spirit of Education Award from York County School Division (2011), and being selected as the NASSP/VASSP Outstanding High School Principal for the Commonwealth of Virginia (2012). In 2013, she was awarded the School Administrator Professional Learning Award by Learning Forward.
A passionate advocate for public education, Dr. Fox believes that strong relationships and trust are foundational to effective leadership and organizational success. She and her husband, Reggie, are the proud parents of two sons, Joshua and Aaron.
