Dr. Laura Goll

Dr. Laura Goll is passionate about ensuring people are excellently cared for and equipped for success. She has pursued her calling in the field of education for over 20 years. Currently, she serves as the Associate Director of Assessment and Clinical Experiences at the University of Mary Washington. Her path has included roles as an ABA tutor for children with autism, classroom teacher, remediation teacher, instructional technology resource teacher/instructional coach, administrative instructional specialist, and principal.

Laura most recently earned her PK-12 Administration and Supervision Certificate from William & Mary. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Grove City College. Laura is certified in Project Based Learning from the Buck Institute for Education and holds Google Education Level 1 and 2 certifications. Bringing a holistic approach, Laura is also an ACE certified personal trainer and Dr. Sears certified health coach.

Laura was the 2021 Teacher of the Year at Courtland Elementary School. She has served in numerous school and district leadership roles and has created and facilitated professional development at school, district, local, and state levels. Laura enjoys being in nature, walking her dog Whittaker, playing volleyball and pickleball, and continuously learning and growing to build and sustain strong communities.
