Dr. Paige Carter

Dr. Paige Carter is a licensed special educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 35 years of experience supporting effective, inclusive learning environments. A specialist in school‑based behavioral support, educator training, and collaborative problem-solving, she began her career in 1991 as a special education teacher, serving mainly students with Autism across learning environments.  She earned a PhD in Special Education.

Dr. Carter has served as a teacher, behavior and instructional specialist, coordinator, and Director of Special Education, bringing deep expertise and a practical, solution-focused approach to helping schools strengthen outcomes for students with diverse learning needs. Dr. Carter is grounded in her commitment to helping schools build supportive, responsive environments where every student can succeed.
