Her diverse background includes recruitment roles across the retail sector, mental health services, public education, and local government. Most recently, she served as a Human Resources Analyst II – Recruitment/Staffing for County of York in Virginia. Jenelle is also a graduate of the National Association of Counties’ (NACo) High Performance Leadership Academy, where she gained practical leadership skills tailored to the unique demands of county government.
