Kelsey R. Wong

Kelsey joins The Berkley Group with 10 years of experience in the public sector, providing grant and program implementation, financial administration, and building collaborative partnerships. Most recently, she served as the Budget/Finance Analyst for the Town of Westlake in Texas. She takes a strategic programmatic approach to any new project and enjoys assisting organizations optimize performance and achieve their desired results.

She has a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management from James Madison University.
