Throughout her career, Kimberly has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led complex financial forecasting initiatives, and implemented process improvements that increased operational efficiency and compliance. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and completed the Local Government Equity Clinic through the University of Virginia School of Data Science. Kimberly is an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
