Megan Gordon

Executive Manager

Megan Gordon is the Executive Director of the Page Alliance for Community Action in Luray, Virginia, where she manages state, federal, and foundation grant funds and leads coalition-based initiatives across the community. She served for four years as Board Chair of Page County Public Schools, presiding over a six-member school board and providing strategic governance, policy oversight, and budget approval for the division, while representing the school system in intergovernmental relations with the Board of Supervisors and state agencies. Megan is an active leader in the region, serving as an Executive Board Member of the Community Coalitions of Virginia (CCOVA), a Board Member of the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce, and a policy member of the Virginia Partnership for Out of School Time (VPOST). Megan brings extensive experience in grant writing, fiscal management, strategic planning, coalition building, and stakeholder engagement to her work.


Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Bridgewater College. She is a National Coalition Graduate and holds certifications as a Community Resilience Institute Train the Trainer, Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitation Trainer, Adverse Childhood Experiences Trainer, and REVIVE! Naloxone Administration Trainer.


Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors with her three children and two grandchildren.
