York County, Virginia is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Director of Human Resources. The successful candidate will report to the Deputy County Administrator and will be responsible for drafting, communicating, directing, and implementing County policies. They will lead a highly successful team of 10 HR professionals in the areas of recruitment; selection; classification; compensation and benefits; employee relations; training and development; unemployment insurance; wellness program; and employee safety.
