City of Manassas Historic Overlay District Design Guidelines Update

In September 2022, the Berkley Group conducted a special training session for the City of Manassas' Architectural Review Board (ARB). This training session was part of the implementation phase of the City's Historic Overlay District Guidelines update. The training session familiarized the ARB with the newly adopted guidelines, how best to navigate them, and how they should be applied when considering future applications.
