We are pleased to announce that Rebecca Cobb, Senior Planner, has become a Certified Zoning Administrator (CZA)! Rebecca has 11 years of experience in comprehensive planning, zoning, and conditional use permits and sought the credential to confirm her expertise. Credential testing covered the legal and the technical aspects of zoning, zoning practices, and zoning management practices. She will have annual recertification based on continuing education criteria to maintain the credential.
The Virginia Association of Zoning Officials, who administer the Certified Zoning Official, Certified Zoning Administrator, and Certified Transportation Manager programs, is dedicated to providing the highest quality training and certification testing requirements for those engaged in the profession of zoning law administration and enforcement in the Commonwealth.
Rebecca is currently providing services to Farmville, Lunenburg, and the counties of Northampton, Greensville, King William, Essex, and Page.
