Executive Manager
Tim Hall comes to the Berkley Group with more than 30 years of experience in public service. He was the Henry County Administrator and General Manager for the Public Service Authority for 10 years, and previously worked as a Deputy Administrator and Public Information Officer. Tim also worked as a public school teacher and coach for seven years, and was a newspaper and columnist for 10 years.
Tim earned his undergraduate degree in communications from James Madison University and his MBA from Averett University. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia's Senior Executive Institute and of Lead Virginia. Tim also has worked as an adjunct professor and instructor in leadership and communication strategies.
Tim joined the Berkley Group in August 2022. We are excited to have Tim on our team, providing services across the Commonwealth of Virginia and beyond!
