West Point Public Schools Strategic Plan

2023-2028

The Berkley Group helped West Point Public Schools (WPPS) revise its recently updated Bridge to Opportunity: 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. The strategic plan was updated to guide WPPS' continuous improvement efforts over the next 5 years. Working with division and board leadership, the Berkley Group helped develop, refine, and in some cases, reimagine processes to ensure that the strategic plan is the work. The strategic plan was adopted in October 2023 and the Berkley Group continues to work with WPPS to provide on-going implementation and executive coaching/consultation support.
